This policy applies to customers in both the United States and Morocco.

1. General Conditions for Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The shirt must be returned within 90 days of delivery.

It must be in unused, original condition, with tags, packaging, and any labels or custom elements intact.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Applies equally to customers in both the United States and Morocco.
2. Types of Returns and Solutions
A. Return Due to Our Mistake (Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Shirt)
If you receive:

A shirt with printing or stitching errors

A damaged item due to shipping
-
A shirt that’s not what you ordered (wrong size, color, or design)
Then:

We’ll send a prepaid return label via email (DHL, UPS, or FedEx)

You may choose between a replacement shirt or a full refund (including original shipping)
Applies to both U.S. and Morocco orders.
B. Return Due to Personal Reasons (Change of Mind, Doesn’t Fit, etc.)
If you simply change your mind or the shirt doesn’t fit your style:

You’re welcome to return it, but you’ll cover the return shipping cost

Please use a tracked courier and repack the shirt securely to avoid damage
Once we receive and verify the shirt: We’ll refund the value of the product (not including original shipping)
For customers in Morocco, the shirt must be shipped back to our U.S. return address at: 1707 S Cypress St, Brady, TX 76825, United States
3. What Shirts Are Not Returnable?
Unless faulty or damaged, we do not accept returns for:

Gift Cards

Final Sale or Clearance Shirts

Custom shirts with personalized names, messages, or uploaded graphics (unless there’s a defect)
4. Return Instructions
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Receive Instructions
We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return steps. If it’s our fault, you’ll also receive a prepaid return label.

5. Refund Details

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we inspect the returned shirt.

We don’t charge restocking fees — no hidden costs.
