At Vincaeun, we want to make sure every customer understands exactly how their order gets from our workshop to their hands. That’s why we’ve written this shipping policy with clarity and care, so you’ll know what to expect – whether you’re in the U.S. or Morocco.

1. Where We Ship

We currently deliver to two main regions:

  • United States (all 50 states)

  • Morocco

For now, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

  • Other U.S. overseas territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam)

This helps us streamline our operations and focus on where we can serve reliably with tracking and timely delivery.

2. Shipping Costs

We try to keep our shipping fees simple and fair, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

  • United States:
    Flat shipping fee: $4.99
    Orders over $89 ship free – no code needed.

  • Morocco:
    Flat shipping fee: $9.99
    This covers international handling and courier services. We don’t offer free shipping to Morocco at this time due to higher logistics costs.

All shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout, before you place your order – no surprises.

3. Processing Time & Delivery Estimates

We split the delivery into two parts – processing and transit – so you know when things are happening:

For all orders (U.S. and Morocco):

  • Processing Time:
    1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays)
    This is the time we need to prepare, inspect, and pack your order. If your order comes in before 2:00 PM CST, we usually start working on it the same day.

Transit Time:

  • United States:
    5–6 business days using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location.

  • Morocco:
    9–11 business days using international carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
    Once your order leaves our hands, tracking becomes active, so you’ll be able to follow it in real time.

We’ve tested this timeline across different cities in Morocco and found it to be fairly consistent.

4. Customs and Import Fees (Morocco only)

All prices displayed on vincaeun.com include taxes and duties for Moroccan customers. You won’t need to pay anything extra when the package arrives – we’ve already factored that in.

This helps avoid delivery delays and unexpected charges.

5. Order Tracking

Once your package is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking link via email (from [email protected]). This will let you follow the delivery from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update on the courier’s system, especially for international shipments.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders

We pack everything by hand and double-check before shipping, but sometimes things happen along the way.

a. If something arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Take clear photos or videos showing the product, packaging, and the damage. We’ll review it quickly and offer either a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

b. If your order seems lost:

If it’s been over 14 business days (U.S.) or 20 business days (Morocco) and tracking hasn’t updated in a week, let us know. We’ll contact the courier and resolve it for you – either by reshipping or refunding.

7. Canceling Orders

We understand that plans change. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can request a cancellation by contacting [email protected] or using our contact form. It’s best to reach out within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once your order has been packed and handed off to the courier, cancellation isn’t possible anymore. But you can still return it once you receive it, according to our Return Policy.

8. Returns and Refunds

We do accept returns from Morocco, just like we do in the U.S., if the product is damaged or not as expected.
